Are You Ready for The Ultimate Hands-On Program?
A Two-Day Program To Master Ceramic Onlays, Adhesive Dentistry & Esthetic Class IV Restorations
Learn ceramic onlays and overlays for conservative strength and esthetics, master predictable bonding, and refine Class IV layering for natural, seamless smiles.

Ceramic Onlays
This session will provide a step-by-step workflow for conservative partial coverage restorations, including preparation design, material selection, and cementation. Participants will practice the techniques needed to achieve strength, longevity, and esthetics while preserving tooth structure.

Adhesive Dentistry
In this module, attendees will gain clarity on adhesive systems and evidence-based bonding strategies. The didactic portion will emphasize predictability and reduced post-operative sensitivity in everyday restorative care.

Esthetic Class IV
This course will walk through the artistic and technical steps of managing fractured or worn anterior teeth with direct composites. Learners will focus on layering, contouring, and finishing techniques to achieve highly esthetic, natural-looking results.

Preventative Dentistry
Modern preventive dentistry can interrupt the “tooth death cycle." With adjuncts like silver diamine fluoride, stannous fluoride, and oscillating-rotating technology, clinicians can strengthen enamel, suppress cariogenic activity, and preserve natural tooth structure longer
An Incredible Two-Day Program Awaits
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE TWO DAYS
This course is designed to blend evidence-based lectures with immersive hands-on training. You’ll begin with ceramic onlays and overlays, where a didactic session is followed by live practice to refine preparation, design, and cementation.
Next, you’ll advance to Class IV restorations, combining lecture and hands-on exercises to master layering, contouring, and finishing for esthetic excellence. A focused adhesive and cementation module will provide the science and strategies to strengthen your everyday restorative outcomes.
As a bonus, you’ll gain practical updates in modern preventive dentistry, giving you contemporary approaches that can be implemented immediately in practice.

PART 01
Ceramic Onlay Didactic
Learn how to prepare teeth for ceramic onlays, overlays and veneerlays
Demonstrate knowledge of tooth preparation design principles, including cusp coverage and defect-oriented approaches
Evaluate ceramic material options and select appropriate systems based on strength, esthetics, and bonding requirements.
Analyze real-world clinical cases to formulate treatment strategies and problem-solve potential complications.
Overview: Participants will learn when and how to prepare specific cusps, how to execute conservative preparation designs, and how to select appropriate ceramic materials for long-term success. Evidence-based protocols will be paired with real-world clinical examples to equip clinicians with strategies they can immediately apply in practice.
3 CE Hours. Subject Code: 610
Instructor: Melissa Seibert, DMD, MS
PART 02
Ceramic Onlay Hands-On
Get Experience Practicing Ceramic Onlay Preparatoins
Perform conservative preparation designs for ceramic onlays, overlays, and veneer-lays.
Determine when cusp coverage or proximal reduction is indicated for optimal strength and esthetics.
Apply step-by-step preparation techniques to ensure proper ceramic thickness, marginal integrity, and bonding success.
Overview: In this hands-on workshop, participants will practice preparation designs for ceramic onlays, overlays, and veneer-lays, with a focus on when and how to reduce cusps and proximals. Guided exercises will reinforce evidence-based techniques to help clinicians translate didactic knowledge into precise operative skills.

PART 03
Class IV Restoration
Learn the secrets to composite artistry
Apply layering strategies to blend composite restorations with adjacent tooth structure.
Utilize variations in translucency, opacity, and color to replicate natural optical properties.
Sculpt and finish restorations to achieve ideal esthetics, surface texture, and anatomy for highly esthetic outcomes.
Overview: In this hands-on course, Dr. Bob Margeas will demonstrate techniques for restoring Class IV fractures with seamless esthetics. Participants will learn how to layer and blend composite to mimic natural tooth structure, harnessing its optical properties to recreate lifelike anatomy and shade harmony.
