Your founder
Dr. Melissa Seibert is a Diplomate of the American Board of General Dentistry, an international speaker, and a published author. She is the creator and host of the Dental Digest podcast — now ranked among the top 1% of all podcasts worldwide. She came to dentistry through the military, earning her commission from the U.S. Air Force Academy before serving for years as an Air Force dentist.
She is opening a private practice in Castle Rock, Colorado in the fall of 2026 and serves as a clinical instructor at Creighton University. An editor for Inside Dentistry, she has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is a key opinion leader for Solventum, Ivoclar, GC, Elevate Oral Care, Garrison, Brasseler, Cosmedent, and more.
Her focus has never wavered: closing the gap between rigorous research and what actually happens chairside. She founded Elevated GP to give general dentists the support she wished she'd had early in her career — an evidence-based, judgment-free community led by the educators shaping the field, where no dentist has to face a difficult case alone.
