Foundation in Adhesive Dentistry Webinar

Description:

Join Dr. Seibert for an in-depth webinar on adhesive dentistry, where we’ll explore the principles and clinical techniques that enhance bonding success and durability. This session covers everything from fundamental adhesion science to the latest advances in bonding materials and protocols. Participants will learn about strategies to improve bond strength, minimize sensitivity, and ensure long-lasting restorations, including enamel and dentin bonding, resin selection, and step-by-step adhesive application. Perfect for clinicians aiming to enhance outcomes in restorative and esthetic procedures, this webinar offers practical insights to elevate everyday practice with reliable and effective adhesive techniques.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the Fundamentals of Adhesion Science: Describe the chemical principles behind adhesive systems and how they interact with enamel and dentin.

  • Identify Appropriate Adhesive Protocols for Different Restorations: Distinguish between various adhesive systems (e.g., etch-and-rinse, self-etch) and select the optimal protocol based on clinical needs.

  • Improve Bond Strength and Reduce Postoperative Sensitivity: Implement techniques to enhance bond durability and minimize patient sensitivity in both direct and indirect restorations.

  • Evaluate and Select Adhesive Materials Based on Clinical Evidence: Analyze the properties and indications of adhesives, primers, and bonding agents to achieve predictable results.
