Membership Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Elevated GP membership—whether selecting the monthly or annual payment option—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Monthly Payment Plan

• The monthly plan provides membership access on a 30-day, month-to-month basis.

• Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds are offered.

Annual Payment Plan

• The annual plan provides membership access for 12 months.

• Payment is billed in full at the time of enrollment.

• Annual memberships renew automatically at the end of the term unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed, except under the trial membership terms (if applicable).

Trial Membership (if applicable)

If you enrolled using a promo code that grants access to a trial membership, the following additional terms apply:

Trial Eligibility

• Available to new Elevated GP members only.

• Includes full access to:

  • Monthly live CE sessions

  • Private chat community

  • 20+ on-demand courses, including past recordings and bonus content

Refund Policy During Trial

• You may request a full refund within 30 days by contacting our support team.

• Your membership will be canceled and you will not be charged further.

Content Access Limit

• If you view more than five (5) on-demand video lectures during the trial, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Billing and Renewal

• Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days until canceled.

• Annual memberships renew automatically at the end of 12 months unless canceled beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time.

• Monthly plan: cancellation must occur before your next billing date to avoid another charge.

• Annual plan: cancellations are not eligible for refunds after the initial trial period (if applicable), but access will continue until the end of the paid term.

Modifications

Elevated GP reserves the right to update or modify these terms, the trial offer, or program content at any time without prior notice.
